There are
thousands of people with ideas to start a business. Most idea
percolate in the minds of the
entrepreneur -- but rarely get off the ground. So many dots to
connect to start a business. It can be, and is usually overwhelming.
And most
startups are challenged by the over-whelming expenses to put the
business on course. |

What if
we can provide a service -- that simplifies everything. That puts
all the pieces of the start up puzzle -- together -- in one complete
fashion. And makes the cost of start-up -- virtually nothing!

Here is how it works:
Anyone who can bring something to the table --- for helping to start
and run a business ...
joins our site MerchantBiz. For example, our members would include
web designers, attorneys, online marketers, computer programmers,
bookkeepers, and many other professionals. Each member would
have a profile.
The
flow chart for our business would look like this: |

1. Members join. Create their
profile.
2. The "top level" business entrepreneur -- would select -- from a
list of profiles ... who he/she wants to be a partner in their new
business. The top level person is the one with the business idea.
3. When a
member is contacted by the top level member -- and asked -- if they
would like to be included in the emerging new business -- the member
can accept, consider, or reject. Or a member can search the database
of emerging companies -- and apply as a partner.
The top level person would "interview" or review all offers, and
ultimately select his / her winning candidate-partners.
4. Once
the team (the partners) are in place --- they can begin working on
bringing the business to fruition.
Each partner would own a percentage of the business.
No investment of money is contributed by
the partners or the top level member . They are simply coming on
board as an entrepreneurs -- and of course -- hoping the business
makes a profit -- so they would earn income commensurate with their
ownership percentage.
